Symptoms of Periods:-
Girls may have an initially irregular period, more or less days, more or less release of period, secretion, depression etc. Apart from this, PMS means that the symptoms before the start date are visible. There may be different symptoms of PMS in different women. At this time, feet, back and fingers can cause swelling or pain. Feelings of heaviness, pain, or baldness in the breasts can be felt. 1-Premenstrual: – It is also called collection of physical, mental and emotional symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle, also known as pre-menstrual stress (PTT). Symptoms and their intensity may vary. However, not all women have experience of PMS. Common symptoms are:

2- Heavy Periods: – It is also called menorrhea or endocrine. Menorrhea is mostly due to imbalance in hormonal levels:

- Vaginal infection
- Cervical swelling
- Underective thyroid gland (hypothyroidism)
- Non-cancerous uterine tumors (fibroids)
- Changes in diet or exercise
If a woman has not even started a menstrual cycle till the age of 16, then she has primary amenorrhea. This can be caused by a problem of pituitary gland, a congenital defect of the female reproductive system, or delay in puberty. If a woman does not experience periods of six months or more, then it is called secondary ammonia. There are some common reasons for this:

4-Painful period (Dysmenorrhea):-
Cramps during PMS are normal. Generally the inconvenience is light and it gets reduced in one or two days. But some women feel so much pain that they could not get out of bed. Nausea, vomiting, headache, or diarrhea may also occur with it. Pain can be due to fibroids, endometriosis (endometrium) or pelvic inflammatory disease. Exercise can help to relieve pain. Non-slip painkillers, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, also work.
A period usually occurs from two to seven days, the average period is five days long. Irregular periods may occur during puberty and just before normal menopause. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) can cause irregularity in the period. Hormonal imbalances or contraceptive changes can also lead to banned periods.
